The viral genomic DNA/RNA obtained is free of protein, nuclease, or other impurities and can be used for PCR/qPCR, NGS and other molecular biology experiments. Equipped with BIGFISH magnetic bead nucleic acid extraction instrument, it is very suitable for automated extraction of large sample volumes.
