This kit contains superparamagnetic microspheres and a preformulated extraction buffer, enabling the rapid acquisition of viral nucleic acids from various samples. It is convenient, fast, high-yield, and reproducible. The obtained viral genomic DNA/RNA is free from contamination by proteins, nucleases, or other impurities, making it suitable for molecular biology experiments such as PCR, enzymedigestion, hybridization, and reverse trancription.
