Short Description:

The sample is mixed with the cell lysis buffer, causing the cell to break up and release the nucleic acid. In the lysis buffer, the functional groups modified by the surface can specifically bind to the free-RNA to form the magnetic bead -RNA compound substance. Under the action of external magnetic field force, the magnetic bead -RNA compound substance is transferred to the washing buffer to wash away the excess impurities. Then transferred to elution buffer under the action of external magnetic field force, RNA was collected.
