MagPure Plasmid DNA Purification Kit
Brief introduction
This kit adopts a particular developed and optimized unique buffer system and magnetic beads that specifically bind to DNA, which can quickly bind, adsorb, separate and purify nucleic acids. It is very suitable for quickly and efficiently separating and purifying plasmid DNA from 0.5-2mL (commonly 1-1.5mL) bacterial liquid, while removing residues such as proteins and salt ions. By supporting use of Bigfish Magnetic Bead Nucleic Acid Extractor, it is very suitable for automated extraction of large sample sizes. The extracted plasmid DNA has high purity and good quality, and can be widely used in downstream experiments such as enzyme digestion, ligation, transformation, NGS, etc.
