MagPure Bacteria Genomic DNA Purification Kit

Short Description:

After treated with digestive fluid, the nucleic acid in the bacteria sample is released only using Lysis Buffer. Released genomic DNA is bound exclusively and specifically to the Magnetic beads. The genomic DNA bound to magnetic particles is captured by magnetic material; contaminants are removed by washing with Wash Buffer. The nucleic acid is then eluted from the particles with an Elution Buffer. Applicable for all kinds of gram-negative bacteria and positive bacteria, etc.
