Short Description:

This kit contains superparamagnetic microspheres and premade extraction buffer, and is suitable for simple and efficient extraction of genomic DNA from fresh, frozen, and long-term preserved anticoagulated whole blood samples. The extracted genomic DNA fragments are large, highly pure, and of stable and reliable quality. The extracted DNA is suitable for various downstream experiments such as enzyme digestion, PCR, library construction, Southern hybridization, and high-throughput sequencing.
