This kit adopts a particular developed and optimized unique buffer system and magnetic beads that specifically bind to RNA, which can quickly bind, adsorb, separate and purify nucleic acids, while effectively removing impurities such as various proteins, fats and other organic compounds. It is very suitable for extracting RNA from plants. By supporting use of Bigfish Magnetic Bead Nucleic Acid Extractor, it is very suitable for automated extraction of large sample sizes. The extracted RNA has high purity and good quality, and can be widely used in downstream RT-PCR/RT-qPCR, NGS and other experimental research.
