MagaPure Oryza sativa L. Genomic DNA Purification Kit
Brief introduction
This kit adopts a particular developed and optimized unique buffer system and magnetic beads that specifically bind to DNA, which can quickly bind, adsorb, separate and purify nucleic acids, while effectively removing impurities such as polysaccharides and polyphenol complexes in plants. It is very suitable for extracting genomic DNA from plant leaf tissues. By supporting use of Bigfish Magnetic Bead Nucleic Acid Extractor, it is very suitable for automated extraction of large sample sizes. The extracted genomic DNA has high purity and good quality, and can be widely used in downstream PCR/qPCR, NGS and other experimental research.

Procedures for extraction
Sampling: Fresh sample about 100 mg or dry weight sample about 30 mg
Grinding: Fully grind with liquid nitrogen or a grinder
Digestion: 65℃ warm bath digestion
On the machine: Centrifuge the supernatant and add it to the plate for extraction
