Operating Steps:

1、Do not gargle or drink water before sampling.Scrape the upper and lower jaws with y our tonguewhile gently scra ping your tongue with your teeth.

2、Put your lips close to the funnel, spit gently, and collect 1 to 2mL saliva (refer to scale on the tube).

3、Unscrew the tube with VTM inside.

4、Pour the VTM solution down the funnel into the tube with saliva sample. 

5,Unscrew and take off the funnel, screw and tight the cap onto the tube. 

6、Turn the tube upside down 10 times to mix saliva and VTM solution well.
