Magapure FFPE genomic DNA purification kit
Brief introduction
This kit adopts a particular developed and optimized unique buffer system and magnetic beads that specifically bind to DNA, which can quickly bind, adsorb, separate and purify nucleic acids. A special dew axing method is used to crack and release the DNA in the tissue sections, minimizing the risk of damage to DNA caused by cross-linking of molecular chains that caused by formalin-fixed tissue. By supporting use of Bigfish Magnetic Bead Nucleic Acid Extractor, it is very suitable for automated extraction of large sample sizes. The extracted genomic DNA has high purity and good quality, and can be widely used in downstream PCR/qPCR, NGS and other experimental research.
