The BFMP26R kit demonstrates excellent sample versatility, accommodating both bacterial suspensions and colonies. It ensures stable extraction for both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria, effectively meeting the requirements for processing standard microbial culture samples. To address the long-standing challenge of lysing Gram-positive bacteria—which possess thick cell walls and dense peptidoglycan layers—the kit includes a specialized lysozyme. Combined with an optimized lysis system, it effectively disrupts cell walls and fully releases intracellular RNA, ensuring consistent, high-efficiency extraction across diverse bacterial species and growth stages.

II. Product Features

01 Broad Sample Compatibility: Capable of extracting RNA from various Gram-negative and Gram-positive bacteria; compatible with both liquid cultures and bacterial colonies. Stable extraction is achieved with culture volumes up to 5 mL and bacterial loads up to 2 × 10⁹ cells.
