The core fields of life sciences are currently moving towards intelligent and unmanned operation, with high-quality experimental data, automated execution, and intelligent decision-making capabilities becoming crucial foundations for scientific research innovation and industrial upgrading. BigFeed has cultivated expertise in molecular characterization and analysis for many years, possessing a complete product matrix covering nucleic acid extraction to nanopore sequencing, as well as a mature reagent development system and diverse application scenarios, providing fertile ground for the practical application of intelligent detection technologies. Magga Technology, on the other hand, continues to invest in AI for Science infrastructure development, relying on its autonomous multi-agent system, laboratory operating system, and automation platform to provide data production, intelligent execution, and closed-loop experimental capabilities for life science research and development. This collaboration is an important example of the complementary strengths of both parties. Xie Lianyi, Chairman of BigFit, stated, "The fact that MagGar adopts our complete set of molecular diagnostic equipment is a significant recognition of the product strength, quality, and delivery capabilities of domestically produced molecular instruments by a leading AI intelligent platform in the industry. BigFit has always adhered to the independent R&D and localization innovation of integrated instruments and reagents, and its complete product matrix can meet the diverse experimental scenarios and intelligent laboratory construction needs. Through this strategic cooperation with MagGar, we will use our self-developed hardware as a foundation to break down the compatibility barriers between domestic molecular equipment and AI intelligent laboratory systems, and continuously optimize the collaborative operation performance of the equipment. In the future, we will continue to iterate our product line, in conjunction with MagGar's AI technology system, to provide the entire industry with highly adaptable, cost-effective, and independently controllable integrated testing solutions, helping the domestic life science laboratories to transform towards intelligentization and localization."

Ding Xinyu, Senior Vice President and Chief Technology Officer of MagGa Technology, stated, “The molecular detection industry is moving towards data-driven and intelligent solutions. Through this collaboration, MagGa will deeply integrate its proprietary multi-agent platform and AI decision-making capabilities with BigFeed's domestically produced molecular detection products. This will fully leverage the strengths of both parties in AI, scientific instruments, and experimental data production, driving the evolution of scientific instruments from automated execution to autonomous intelligence, and helping life science laboratories transform from labor-intensive ‘operating rooms’ to data-driven ‘decision factories.’ In the future, both parties will build upon this foundation to pragmatically promote the implementation and commercialization of solutions across three major scenarios, establishing a replicable and scalable new paradigm of ‘AI + scientific instruments’ for the industry.”

Focusing on multi-scenario applications, we are creating a complete solution for domestically developed intelligent laboratories.

According to the agreement, both parties will leverage MagGa's multi-agent technology to conduct a comprehensive intelligent upgrade of the BigFly sequencing analysis pipeline, jointly creating a complete domestic intelligent laboratory solution covering multiple scenarios. In molecular analysis, a fully automated nucleic acid workflow platform will be built to improve detection efficiency and standardization. In scientific research, a more intelligent and efficient experimental workflow will be developed to meet the high-throughput experimental needs of universities and research institutions, unleashing the creativity of researchers. In innovative pharmaceuticals, services will be provided for key aspects such as target screening and vector quality control, helping to shorten the R&D cycle and accelerate innovation transformation. Simultaneously, both parties will conduct joint verification around real-world application scenarios, continuously optimizing system performance through experimental data accumulation and user feedback, promoting the performance verification and continuous iteration of domestic laboratory equipment, and providing a more independent, controllable, efficient, and intelligent overall solution for the entire biopharmaceutical industry chain.
