1、Sample processing
The samples were rinsed twice to three times with 70% ethanol and double-distilled water, collected in clean 50 ml centrifuge tubes or clean sealed bags and stored frozen at -20 °C. The samples were divided into three equal portions, including the sample to be tested, the retested sample and the retained sample.
2、Nucleic acid extraction
Tissue samples are dried and ground thoroughly or added to liquid nitrogen, then powdered in a mortar and pestle, and animal genomic DNA is extracted using an automatic nucleic acid extractor + Magpure Animal Tissue Genomic DNA Purification Kit.

3. Amplification test
The amplification test is carried out using the Bigfish sequential real-time quantitative fluorescence PCR analyser + animal-derived detection kit to accurately determine whether the meat is adulterated according to the negative results, to better protect the rights of consumers and food safety.
