The new pig disease freeze-drying detection reagent from Big Fish has been launched. Unlike traditional liquid detection reagents that require manual preparation of reaction systems, this reagent adopts a fully pre mixed freeze-dried microsphere form, which can be stored at room temperature without affecting the performance of the reagent. During detection, only the extracted nucleic acid needs to be added by opening the lid. After the reagent is completely dissolved, it can be tested on the machine. Paired with the fully automated nucleic acid extraction reagents and instrument products from Big Fish, Big Fish has officially launched a 40 minute rapid detection solution for pig diseases. With six major detection projects including Blue Ear, Pseudorabies, Swine Fever, Circovirus, Non Circovirus, and Porcine Influenza, it only takes about 40 minutes to complete the entire process of PCR fluorescence quantitative detection from sample processing to detection results.

Solution Process

1. Efficient extraction - multiple samples can be processed in 10 minutes
By using the Big Fish universal nucleic acid extraction and purification reagent combined with a fully automatic nucleic acid extraction and purification instrument, nucleic acid extraction can be performed on various samples (including whole blood, serum, plasma, environmental swabs, oral swabs, fecal swabs, etc.) within about 10 minutes without the need for complex sample pretreatment. After sample loading, it can be extracted on the machine.

2. Rapid amplification -30 min rapid fluorescence quantification
By using the Big Fish BFOP-1650 Fluorescence Quantitative PCR Analyzer, the wild mode of the Big Fish freeze dried detection reagent can be activated. The combination of freeze-drying reagents and a 30 minute rapid detection program can truly achieve open lid and on-site testing.

3. Intelligent analysis - key operation, automatic analysis
The Big Fish BFOP-1650 fluorescence quantitative PCR analyzer does not require complicated program settings. Click "Start" for all detection items to start detection. After amplification is completed, it automatically performs positive and negative judgment without manual data analysis.
