Animal tissues can be divided into epithelial tissues, connective tissues, muscular tissues and neural tissues according to their origins, morphology, structure and common functional characteristics, which are interconnected and interdependent in different proportions to form a variety of organs and systems of animals in order to complete a variety of physiological activities.
Epithelial tissue: is composed of many closely arranged epithelial cells and a small amount of interstitial cells of the membrane-like structure, usually covered in the animal body surface and the body of various tubes, cavities, capsules and the inner surface of some organs. Epithelial tissue has the functions of protection, secretion, excretion and absorption.
Connective tissue: It is composed of cells and a large amount of intercellular matrix. The connective tissue produced by the mesoderm is the most widely distributed and diverse type of animal tissue, including loose connective tissue, dense connective tissue, reticular connective tissue, cartilage tissue, bone tissue, adipose tissue and so on. It has the functions of support, connection, protection, defence, repair and transport.
Muscle tissue: is composed of muscle cells that have the ability to contract. The shape of muscle cells is as slender as fibre, so it is also called muscle fibre. The main function of muscle fibre is to contract and form muscle movement. According to the morphology and structure of muscle cells and different functions, muscle tissue can be divided into skeletal muscle (transverse muscle), smooth muscle and cardiac muscle.
Nervous tissue: tissue composed of nerve cells and glial cells. Nerve cells are the morphological and functional units of the nervous system and have the ability to sense internal and external stimuli and conduct impulses in the organism.
Bigfish Product
The product adopts a unique buffer system specially developed and optimised and magnetic beads specifically binding DNA, which can quickly bind and adsorb, separate and purify nucleic acids. It is suitable for the efficient extraction and purification of genomic DNA from all kinds of animal tissues and internal organs (including marine organisms), and it can maximally remove all kinds of proteins, fats and other organic compounds and other impurities. It can be used with the Bigfish Magnetic Bead Method Nucleic Acid Extractor, which is very suitable for the automated extraction of large sample sizes. The extracted nucleic acid products are of high purity and quality, and can be widely used in downstream PCR/qPCR, NGS, Southern hybridisation and other experimental research.
Features:
Wide range of samples: genomic DNA can be extracted directly from all kinds of animal tissue samples
Safe and non-toxic: the reagent does not contain toxic solvents such as phenol, chloroform, etc., with high safety factor
Automation: matching with the Bigfish Nucleic Acid Extractor can be used for high-throughput extraction, especially suitable for large sample size extraction
High purity: it can be used for molecular biology experiments, such as PCR, enzyme digestion and hybridisation directly
Applicable Instruments: BFEX-32/BFEX-32E/BFEX-96E
Extraction process:
Sampling: 25-30mg of animal tissue
Grinding: liquid nitrogen grinding, grinder grinding or shearing
Digestion: 56℃ warm bath digestion
On-boarding: centrifugation to remove the supernatant, and add to deep-well plate for on-board extraction.
Experimental data: 30mg of tissue samples from various parts of rats were taken and DNA extraction and purification were performed with BFMP01R according to the instructions. The experimental results showed that the BFMP01R kit has a good extraction rate.
